This blade design gives the tool excellent performance when cutting rigid materials such as display carton, rigid plastics, foamed PVC (Forex / Sintra), and several gasket materials. These are long-lasting tungsten carbide blades for maximum performance. Our range of 8mm round shaft blades are superior for cutting many different rigid materials and corrugated board with the RM (Rigid Material) knife tools for the Kongsberg XN/XL/V/X and the XP/C platforms.

introduction of the factory
Chengdu Passion is a comprehensive enterprise specialized in designing, manufacturing and selling all kinds of industrial and mechanical blades, knives and cutting tools for over twenty years. The factory is located in panda’s hometown Chengdu City, Sichuan Province.
The factory occupies almost three thousand square meters and includes over one hundred and fifty stuff. “PASSION” has experienced engineers, quality department and completed production system, which includes press, heat treatment, milling, grinding and polishing workshops.

The 8mm round stock blades come in three different shapes.
The DR (double round) has a double edge and centered tip.
The DR-A blades have an asymmetric, double edge. The purpose is to reduce burrs on one side of the cut, i.e. line direction control is required.
The SR (single round) has a single edge, with the tip offset 4mm from the shaft center (4mm lag).
