CLASSIC Line
The CLASSIC Line from BHS Corrugated stands for reliable corrugator lines with cutting-edge, intuitive technology. It accommodates the full range of optional assistance systems available from BHS Corrugated and is designed for a production yield of up to 40,000 m²/hour. Another advantage of this corrugator line is that it is very easy to service. This ensures that system maintains high availability.
VALUE Line
The VALUE Line can solve many corrugated packaging company hesitate to take the next step into packaging production due to volume and cost reasons. Thanks to top-quality equipment that makes top-quality products, as well as unbeatable ease-of-operation. The VALUE Line makes expanding into corrugated board production easy.
QUALITY Line
The QUALITY Line from BHS Corrugated was created precisely for top quality and high output volumes, all without compromising on availability and service life. It’s a reliable solution for single-knife markets. The QUALITY Line features a control concept that has been successfully implemented in over 100 corrugator lines and is constantly being optimized. This system lets you handle a wide range of working widths and is highly efficient for batch production. The numerous automation modules and excellent machine quality of BHS Corrugated allow you to get the most out of your raw materials and increase your profit margins. With a maximum working width of 2,800m and durable components designed for 24/7 operation, the QUALITY Line can reach monthly output volumes of 15 million m².
STEADY Line
The STEADY Line from BHS Corrugated was created for customers who receive a lot of very short orders, requiring them to change formats frequently and for whom moderate output volumes are sufficient. This corrugator line is designed to maintain constant speed as you change formats and grades. The result is thoroughly simple operation and consistently high-quality corrugated board. A typical STEADY Line with a width of 2,200 mm can reach a monthly output of up to 8.5 million m².
ECO Line
Designed based on the larger STEADY Line but with a width of 1,800 mm, the ECO Line is largely impervious to external influences including power fluctuations, frequent changes of raw material and inexperienced operating personnel. BHS Corrugated created this line with a cleverly devised control system and sturdy layout, designed for 20 years of operation – everything you need to produce high-quality corrugated board with excellent printability.
