Every blade you buy from us goes through the following rigorous inspection process:
Material Inspection
Material chemical composition analysis and physical property test
Blank Inspection
Checking the tolerance of blanks
Process Inspection
Blade finishing generally contains 10-25 processes, each process can only enter the next process after passing the inspection
Random Inspection
During the processing, we also arrange professional inspectors in the workshop to carry out random checks
Final Inspection
Each blade can only be put into stock after final inspection
